GRADES 3rd Grade & Up TIME 5 days: July 27-31 9:00am-12:00pm INSTRUCTOR Chapman Hamborg COURSE DESCRIPTION In this 5-day camp, students will explore the fundamentals of ceramics through both handbuilding and wheel throwing. Participants will learn to shape, mold, and create their own functional and decorative clay pieces. Instructor Chapman Hamborg will guide students through each step—from forming and refining pieces to glazing and finishing—while encouraging experimentation and creativity. This camp is perfect for beginners and those with some ceramics experience alike. By the end of the week, students will leave with several finished works and greater confidence working with clay in a fun, supportive studio environment. MATERIALS All materials are included in the price of the workshop. Any issued credit must be used toward a class or workshop within 6 months of the original purchase date. After 6 months, any remaining credit will be forfeited.
