GRADE/AGE Adults TIME 5 days: July 20-24 6:30pm-8:30pm INSTRUCTOR Sofia Ketterer COURSE DESCRIPTION In this 5-day evening workshop, students will explore the fundamentals of ceramics through both handbuilding and wheel throwing. Working with clay, participants will learn how to shape, mold, and form their own functional and decorative pieces. Instructor Sofia Ketterer will guide students through each step of the process—from forming and refining pieces to applying glazes. Along the way, students will build confidence working with clay while experimenting with different techniques. This workshop is open to beginners as well as those with ceramics experience. Come spend the week creating with clay in a relaxed and creative studio environment. MATERIALS All materials are included in the price of the workshop. Any issued credit must be used toward a class or workshop within 6 months of the original purchase date. After 6 months, any remaining credit will be forfeited.
