PRICE $ 550 per semester + $50 non-refundable registration fee At checkout, pay the $50 registration fee to hold your spot. Then pay the class price $550 with cash/check/Zelle on the first day of class, or pay through your charter. Note: This sign up period is for the Spring semester. The class runs throughout the school year (two 15-week semesters). You commit and pay one semester at a time by signing up and paying the registration fee. (You will need to pay the registration fee each semester.) GRADES Teens & Adults TIME Tuesdays 11:15am – 1:00pm 1.75 hours per week INSTRUCTOR Chapman Hamborg COURSE DESCRIPTION Have fun creating in clay and learning sculpture fundamentals. This course will focus on traditional sculpting methods and techniques that Chapman learned during his time studying in Florence, Italy. Project subjects will include plaster cast studies, portraits, animals, and more. Students will learn to work from life, photographs, and imagination. There will also be personal projects where students will get to explore their own ideas and concepts with the guidance and feedback of Chapman. MATERIALS Supplies will be purchased by the student. You can purchase these supplies at Art Supply Warehouse, or from our amazon store front. CLASS DURATION Spring 2026 15-week semester: January 19, 2026 - May 22, 2026 LOCATION HAA Studio: 8610 Hamilton Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations for classes may only be refunded as credit towards another class or workshop. Any issued credit must be used toward a class or workshop within 6 months of the original purchase date. After 6 months, any remaining credit will be forfeited.
